For most of my adult life Anger is something I have been extremely paranoid about. Anger is one emotion where people are capable of saying and doing almost anything and not really mean it. The lack of logic and predictability from a person when they are experiencing anger can have damning effects. Honestly, I am most scared of this human emotion coz it has the ability of destroy years of effort in a single moment.

Understanding Friends…
A couple of days back while discussing with my friends we hit upon an interesting subject. The point of focus was one of us and the argument was mostly directed at the person. The gist of the idea was what struck me the most. The premise was that most of my friends shared their ideas, problems and daily events to one of my friends who is an amazing listener. What they felt was that it was unfair that they never got the opportunity to return the favor. This person felt that the idea of bothering someone with his/her problems would simply waste their time (and would not interest them).
I wont go into where the argument swayed and what we learned about ourselves but rather I will use this opportunity to tell you a story from my life that is pretty similar, which I have been waiting for a while to narrate…
Conversations With Her – The Date…

Me: It depends… (thinks) When do you call a date… a “date”?
Her: I dont know… Maybe if the guy picks up the girl and drops her back to her place…
Me: So if they meet at a pre determined place and leave from the place (separately) its not a date.
Her: So when do you call it a date?
Timing…
Me: Do you believe in fate and destiny?
Her: Why that question… now?
Me: Well… Its has a lot of significance with most of my life but off late its been the question that keeps revisiting me… So tell me, do you believe in fate or destiny?
Her: Arent they the same thing?
Me: Pardon me
Her: Fate and destiny, aren’t they synonymous?
