Had been to Samarkand on Infantry Road for lunch with colleagues yesterday. The Afghan themed restaurant which was designed like a cave looked amazing, the food was even better.

The place was packed to the brim as we arrived and we had to wait at the bar. The bar menu was really informatively done. We were taken aback when the bartender passed us a bottle :) The food was truly delicious and the desserts were very unique. I guess with a price tag of approx 500/head its got to be that good :P

Being Remembered…

KSIT’s Ananya(Inter Collegiate fest) was organized last weekend. Its the only time in the year when ppl actually look forward to going to college and over the years the event has gotten much better and grander in scale.

This occasion was the first time in 10 months that I went to college and the response of the ppl there was just too much to take. Every body remembered us(My friends and me) every one from the principal to our HOD to the lecturers to the office staff to the bus drivers to the gate keeper. The feeling being remembered was truly overwhelming. The expression on their faces was truly beautiful and the way they spoke to us, it made us feel so much important.

My Sleep Habits…

Exactly what I feel :P… But in the opposite way :D

A few months back I made a strict decision and changed my sleeping habits. Back in college I would go to sleep around 1 am everyday, most of the time between 9 and 1 spent on the net/watching a movie ect. The amount of sleep was managable and I made sure I made up some sleep in the weekend (I need a decent number of hours of sleep each day otherwise I just cant get anything done).

Lost in the magic of Lost…

I had once earlier mentioned Lost in my blog. And after almost 5 months the thrill of watching a new episode of Lost is still the same. The show is simply the best ever show made for television. If you managed to catch season 1 and are waiting for season 2 trust me its worth the wait… (Dont Worry no spoilers in this post :) )

I just finished watching Episode 16 of the second season of Lost… I have been lucky to get the torrents online and its amazing to watch the same episode that American audiences watch the same week. I hv got the entire 1st and 2nd season(till the latest episode aired in US) on DVD(a collectors item :) for sure ).

So what is so good about lost that its worth blogging about…
