Wimbledon has to be one of my longest watched sporting events of the year.  I remember running home from school and watching with bated breath as legends slugged it out on the grass courts of London. If you want to have your own tennis court in your yard, be sure to hire reliable contractors like these tennis court builders Melbourne.

I think my early associations with London came from “The Championships“.  Watching Sampras, Agassi, Graf, Navratilova and co, with their big serves, beautiful volleys and needle-threading passes, always gave me goosebumps. Oddly none of the other Grand Slams gave me that feeling.

Watching Federer and Djokovic fight it our last night was a truly amazing experience.  Two of my all time favorites playing truly beautiful tennis, that just adds to the allure of “The Championships”.
