So had my first accident on my bike yesterday… Its been 3 weeks after I got it and less than an hour after I got i back from its first service, so it wasnt exactly my day yesterday :( (Got to admit things got much better towards the evening and went downhill at night again ;) )

Anyway the accident was almost text book style and considering it happened when i was doing 20 kmph, I should thank my stars :P. The whole affair did reduce a little weight in my pocket :D

The interesting thing is the same happened to my Fiesta almost a 18 months ago. That was even more painful as someone had hit it when it was parked in front of my house and to add salt to the wounds it was just 5 days after we bought it! In both cases the damage was bad but limited to one area, if it had been a few inches off it could have cost me 5 times more for the repairs!

Crossing my fingers that I wont have to worry about something like that again… Keep telling myself “shit happens“
