Its not hard to tell when someone is good at something… but its only when they are in their element and running against unfathomable odds that you can truly see what geniuses are made of.

I recently had the honor of watching a genius at work and his imagination, ability to innovate and attitude was simply humbling… Now I know the difference of being good and being great :)
