I stumbled onto a nice new web service yesterday – Forekast. Forekast is a simple service that lists the best upcoming global events, the events can be voted on and the higher voted events make it to the top. Among the events on Oct 1st was an odd little event that caught my attention – 31 Days, a writing challenge every October, every day.

31 Days, it turns out is a writing event that happens every year in October. It involves writers choosing a topic and writing about it every day for a month. Simple enough… Sounded like something I should have done years ago… So am doing it this year :)

There are a bunch of rules about posting and other things on the main website and I decided to skip thru all that and just post the pieces on my blog and share it over social media (keeping it simple :P).

So for the next month I will be posting articles on the topic “Inspired Thoughts”, basically thoughts I have on things I stumble on through my day. The secret reason why I picked this topic was that some of my best blog posts started out being inspired thoughts… I am hoping this reignites my drive to write a web log again…

So here is to another challenge(the only way I do things off late). See you along the way :)
