I hv come to an interesting turn in life, It feels different that i dont hv to look ahead for montly tests and half yearly exams. Finally I hv time for other things in life. One of the most incredible pleasures of life is routines… and in the 7 weeks i hv been at Applibase the meaning of “Routine” has changed. For the first time in life i look ahead at infinity… as in I dont see my self stuck to a place for 4 years to get a degree :). It is beautiful that now i hv time to think about other more important things in life…

This blog entry is a summary of a few thoughts i hv had over a long period of time… basically not having the time to pen it down…

We all have beliefs and in a way it defines us. Our beliefs are like fingerprints and are unique from one person to another. The thing is there are so many things to have an opinion upon that to find 2 people with the exact same beliefs(in absolutly everything) is impossible.

I hv been analysing my beliefs and seperated them into 2 classes.
1) Things I absolutely believe in and 2) Things I want to Believe in
here is another classification…
1) Things I believe as a fact and 2) Things I believe as a possibility

God is the first thing that comes in mind when beliefs is mentioned. I wont be discussing that part of my beliefs but would like to mention for the record that Im an Atheist.

Now about the other stuff (happy got that out of the way :) ).

The Second Classification 2nd type is the most interesting type… Consider the following
1) ExtraTerrestrial Life
2) Is the universe Infinite
3) Astrology
4) Omens
5) Luck and Destiny
6) Heaven and Hell
7) After Life
8) Time Travel

The list just goes on. Frankly, Its not important to tell people about ur beliefs. But its important that you know ur beliefs. Its the shortest way of self discovery (I know im getting philosophical ).

Here is my list for the above 8
1) Believe it exists
2) Not sure… Dr. Hawking says in his book that the universe cannot be infinte coz if it was then the night sky would be white
3) Hold ur breath… Partially Believe it. Only… the part about stars manipulating us (hv an intersting explanation if anyone wants it :) )
4) Nope
5) Nope
6) Nope
7) Not sure but something tells me that Egyptians knew something we dont :D
8) Impossible to travel back but travel forward is possible(ie without ageing… cryogenics)
