Let me tell you a story…

Let me tell you a story about a boy and a girl. Its a story about relationships, drama, kindness and stupidity… Lets not forget the best ingredient of them all Love…

Boy meets girl and over the years they become good friends. Friends in the sense that they treated each other the same way they treated every other friend. As the years rolled by some of their other friends got lost in the storm of life but they were always there for each other.

And then came the fateful day that the girl realized that this relationship for her was far more than what it appeared. She like every other mad person that fell in love with their best friend… told the boy.

Now the story divulges in folklore… The people to the one side say that the boy was thrilled he had realized magically at the same time what she had meant to him and then they lived happily ever after…

The people to the other side… yeah those drama loving fools tell a different tale. The boy was confused at the least to hear his best friend talk about her feelings. He stood at the turn roads of the relationship, his gut telling him that the relationship he had cherished for so long could possibly have seen its last finest day.

The boy to his credit couldn’t have predicted what laid in front of this relationship but his gut was right. For the choices that was before them could be narrowed down to two. The first where they gave the relationship a shot, if things fell in place they would have found love in their friendship… Yet they wouldn’t be those friends they were ever again.

The second choice was to for whatever reason not to give the relationship a shot. And in that pretty much end everything they had…

For the stupidity factor of the story lets just say boy chose the second option… Not only that the boy figured that the friendship was very dear to him… He was confused as to why he had to lose out on his best friend just for the minor inconvinence of her being in love with him.

So the boy tried to convince the girl that she was crazy to have these notions and that they were the same two people who they were years ago… The girl considered this a test of her love and played along… all she believed her responsibility was to ensure that the man she loved was happy.

Each time they spoke from then on things were different. The boy believed time would make the inconvinience go away and the girl that time would warm his feelings for her…

As the years rolled on the boy was happy to forget all about the inconvinence… he convinced himself that it was just a figment of his imagination and believed all things were where they should be. The girl lived a different life, each time they met and spoke she couldnt run away from her feelings. She made up a self fulfilling prophecy that when she would deserve his love she would get it…

So how does this story end? According to folklore the story has two happy endings… But with a common thread… Its the boy that made the move…
In the first the boy realized he had been a fool and that nobody could care for him as much as she did… Insert the happily every after bit here…

In the second the boy walked out of the girls life forever…
How is that an happy ending you ask?
It is still an happy ending compared to the other remaining option that this vicious cycle would slowly destroy them both…
