Paranoia

Over the past few weeks I have slowly become increasingly paranoid about my health. The situation has almost gone out of hand lately… I feel a niggle somewhere and next think Im thinking is “Im gonna get sick” and couple of days later I am!

I have no idea how I got this… I used to pride myself for thinking positive and not worrying about things… Looks like stress has found me out. The sad part is that it is slowly controlling my life and I hate that :(

I seriously need to do a lot of de-stressing as soon as possible… My current mission is to quite literally ‘Chill Out’ for a while :P
