What is the “Harry Potter Deadline” ?

The Prisoner of Azkaban is free and so I beguin the fourth of the series… I have just read 50 pages of the fourth book but the quality of the writing in the fourth book is incomparable to the first three. The first chapter is not short of awe-inspiring… I truly cant wait to finish the book and catch the movie :)
