The Dragonfly is possibly the most beautiful insect for a person who studies flight (with the exception of Bees ofcourse). Their twin wing structure, amazing balance and control would be awe inspiring for anyone who watches one fly in the open air.
Last week I got the opportunity to take photos of a dragon fly. The structure of the wings is truly beautiful. And the detail in the photos also allowed us to look at things very easily missed by the naked eye.
