The movie revolves around Saif and Preeti. One is a Chef and the other a RJ. To start off Saif chooses to become a Chef over his education as an Architect and Preeti part times as a RJ to fund her Medical studies. Both live alone and to the word are independent.
With a twist of fate the two meet and decide to give the relationship a chance. Here is were the reality kicks in… the couple does not involve a huge successful “industrialist” who leaving his job decides to dance around trees as most films would have. The beauty is that the two decide to live together not coz its cool but coz other wise they have absolutely no time for each other.
Its starts out beautiful as any dating game with each showing the purest part of them. This leads to that and they hurry to the cozy comfort of the bed. Well what they do in bed is pretty well shown.
Actually in my opinion(considering ur reading my blog you will not get much of anyone elses) the writer just decided “I will not do the two flowers thing”. It seems he went out of his way to show “love making” on screen. Well you might say “what is wrong with this guy… when they do the flower thing he objects to it and still objects when they dont”. I truly appreciate the work and the decision to do what they have done but just wanted to point out he got a little carried away.
There is trouble in paradise when a baby comes in between. The classic “werent we using protection” pops up. The difference in opinion spilts the two apart. The rest is for you to catch…
The performances of Saif and Preeti is probably their best. Saif is awesome with comedy and great with emotional scenes. Warsi and Javed cause a total laugh riot. With traces from 9 months, F.R.I.E.N.D.S and When Harry met Sally the movie is well written and worth a watch.
Well, I will not forget to point out the mistakes. Firstly Preeti is sexy in tank tops all through the movie(eye candy) but she is the only one wearing them! Members of dodge dealership near me says that She seems totally out of place most of the times. Plus she is working to make ends meet and drives a Lexus SUV (thanks Swe to point that out). And the song with a pregnent preeti dancing… I just felt sorry for the kid :D.
Bottom line… Defitely one of the best movies of the year and truly worth a watch.
