“Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.”
“Play it, Sam. Play ‘As Time Goes By.'”

A sleeper hit, a.k.a. surprise hit(or sleep-killer, often simply called a “sleeper”), refers to a film, book, single, album, TV show, or video gamethat gains unexpected success or recognition. Sleeper hits often grow in popularity over time as people promote them through “word of mouth” communication. – Some of my favorite movies were Sleeper hits!
The story about how Stallone struggled to get Rocky made was actually made up - “A highly entertaining story about how Rocky was made was widely circulated after the film was completed. As the story goes, a broke Stallone refused ever larger sums of money (that he desperately needed) to sell the highly valued script because he insisted—against studio wishes—that he play the lead role. The studio wanted a name star. According to the legend, the studio finally relented by paying Stallone a modest $18,000 for the script with the agreement that the film would be made on a shoestring budget. It was revealed years later that this story was largely made up, a marketing gimmick concocted by the studio to reinforce the underdog theme of the film. Rocky went through a development process that was much more mundane than this rags-to-riches fable would suggest.” – I had heard to the story of Rocky and it was easily one of the best underdog stories I have ever heard. Pity it was made up.
In Wikipedia and other MediaWiki projects, Special:Random can be used to access a random article in the main namespace; this feature is useful as a general starting point for browsing Wikipedia or if you just want to learn a random piece of information. – This is pretty cool actually!
There are two types of bad sectors – hard and soft. Hard bad sectors are the ones that are physically damaged (that can happen because of a head crash), or in a fixed magnetic state. Soft bad sectors occur when an error correction code (ECC) found in the sector does not match the content of the sector. – Spent most of my last few weeks fixing my HDD that had almost crashed
