A couple of days back a sweet visitor was tapping one of the windows of my office. It kept tapping for a few minutes and got us curious to what was happening.
It turns out that our windows are tinted and that from outside it was acting like a perfect mirror. The bird saw another bird and was for some reason trying to get its attention(looked like it was trying to attack it ) The curious display happened for over 15 min.
One of my colleagues suggested at this juncture that we open the window and see if it would come in. I was too busy taking photos to stop him from opening the window and the sound scared the bird away

I have been searching for a specific piece of merchandise for over 2 years now… I had even mentioned it in one of my past posts. I had given up on finding it coz it was out of production about a year and half ago.
But then there is a brilliant quote from Locke(from the tv series Lost)
To find what you are desperately searching for, sometimes all you have to do is stop searching for it…
Guess where I found it… Thousands of Kilometers away from home, on the other end of the country! To be specific in a small shop in Shimla…
What is brilliant is that its exactly what I wanted… No compromises anywhere(considering I was ready to do some this was a nice thing ).
Ps: The cap is the “2005 Renault F1 Team - Fernando Alonso(No. 5) Cap”… That was the season of his maiden F1 Championship!

Watched Race last evening and it totally surprized me. I recieved mixed reviews with a couple of ppl telling me the movie is really bad and a couple telling me it is fun. Considering I hadnt watched a movie in a theater in a long time and the heroines and the music was really good, I thought what the heck
In film making terms Abbas-Mustan is a director duo that I think are good, they make pretty decent thrillers(very good by bollywood standards) and this movie has to be one of thier best. Saif was very mature and for the first time looked like he could carry a movie all by himself… Akshaye Khanna has some amazing dialougs in the movie, he goes over the top some times but it was really fun when he would give a smart ass comments Anil Kapoor was irritating at first but is hilarious at times, again brilliant dialog writing.
The ladies are pretty as can be and have decent roles in the movie. Sameera was simply irritating.
There were obvious flaws in the movie and you need to just ignore them to have a good time, thats what we did and it was really fun 2 1/2 hours.
What I realized was that the company made the movie even better. About 10% of the movie is pretty bad and we got in our comments and jokes in those parts
All in all decent movie, watch it with your friends… its totally worth it.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of watching my close friends recieve vindication for thier hardwork. Trust me when I say I have some idea of what they went through coz I walked along with them for a short distance in this tough journey. They have been through a lot and the fact that they never gave up, really talks about thier dedication.
The journey is not over yet but the path is clearer and the directions accurate…

Here is a brief summary of things that happened in those 12 days I was out of town(photos in a later post)
Day 1 - Landed in Delhi. Lots of people kept looking at our group at both airports… fair enough its not daily that you see small planes traveling to another city in a big one The city looked much more duller than I had ever seen it… Dont know if its the pollution thats causing it Waited for 3 hrs as the organizers tried to scramble a taxi that could fit all our stuff in it. Stayed overnight at a nice guest house in Gaziabad.
