I spread my wings and took flight,
Flapped hard and soared…
Cheers and encouragement met my ears,
As I rose higher and higher.
And Now I glide over the clouds,
The only one who knows the truth.
You were with me…
Every step of the way…
Invisible to the world,
You were the wind beneath my wings.
Now its time for us to part…
And I am not scared… that I will fall,
For I dont desire to stay up there.
What I truly fear,
Is that you who took me up there,
Was also the one…
To fill my lungs…
