When a person stands you up they demonstrate disregard, indifference and lack of integrity to the commitment they have made to you, thus disrespecting you in the process. My boyfriend did this to me for our first official date, I was still really crazy about him and wrote it off but when it happened the second time I left him. Because all I got after it happened the second time is a text message!!!! If he really cared about me, he would have a least put in effort for an apology.
It’s really sad because we where really good together, but in the end we was a fuckwit like the rest!

Oh god… don’t listen to Christopher. First off… I’d like to give you advice, haas… but I don’t know how close you are to * to begin with. If you have been fairly good friends for a while and you’re wanting to move it to the next level, I’d say you should definitely tell her how you feel (or at least ask her about it because there might be an explanation). But that’s only because there is a relationship already (even if its just a friendship and I agree that if that relationship is to continue on any level, you should be honest and communicate. If she’s not really a friend, but still just a girl you kind of like, then you need to take 3 times being stood up as a hint that she doesn’t like you and let it go. Don’t even mention it to her. If you go this route, one of two things will happen… 1. you put yourself in a position not to be walked on by this girl who doesn’t have enough respect to apologize or enough interest in you to show up, and 2. if you don’t come off as whiney about being “wronged,” but more like she’s no big deal to you, she may end up being more interested after all. That’s my humble opinion.

Hey haas… ‘*’ must know how u feel when ‘*’ does certain things. Your “telling frens when u r pissed” theory is good. I think its about time u tell ‘*’ more than jus that u were pissed

Haas.. you need to blow her off on something that is REALLY important to her.. she will then learn to be considerate and never do it to you again. .. but while you wait to do that to her.. don’t do anything Vinyas is 100% right.. don’t even mention it.
